My Conviction

Psychotherapy is based on the premise that often people are unaware of the factors that determine current feelings and behavior. Engaging in a psychotherapeutic process can help one understand how our conflicts and self destructive patterns limit our freedom to choose better ways to get our needs met or how we repetitively limit satisfaction in our life.

Psychotherapy reveals an understanding of yourself through the identification of habitual, repetitive or ingrained patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Therefore these patterns can determine the choices you make, and limit your relationships, career or other life possibilities.

Taking back control is your choice. As a medically trained and board-certified psychiatrist, I am here to support you on that journey.
